⑦ Operation Guide
Operating Procedure
Step 1
Inspect hydraulic oil, diesel fuel, thermal oil and all hoses before starting.
Step 2
Start the diesel engine and switch on the control system.
Step 3
Activate the burner and electric hose heater until the sealant reaches the preset temperature.
Step 4
Start the agitator and air compressor to ensure smooth material flow.
Step 5
Adjust the flow rate according to crack width and begin sealing.
Step 6
After work, purge the hose with compressed air and return remaining sealant to the tank before shutting down.

Daily Maintenance
• Clean residual sealant from the machine.
• Check for hydraulic or fuel leaks.
• Lubricate moving joints.
• Inspect the burner.
Weekly Maintenance
• Clean burner filter.
• Remove carbon deposits from ignition electrodes.
• Tighten hydraulic pump and motor bolts.
